Naturopathic consults are extended sessions that draw upon multiple evidence-based modalities and traditional sources of knowledge to address your primary health concerns in a holistic way. Attention is paid to your health history, current state of health (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), current medications, diet and lifestyle and of course, your goals. I then design a roadmap to get you from where you currently are to where you want to go. Tools used include nutrition advice, high-quality nutraceutical supplements to address deficiencies, herbal medicine and dietary and lifestyle changes, flower essences. Additional testing may be advised, according to case needs.
